A notice shared on the retail giant’s website states that the Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion recall includes product number #1729556 with specific part code P140082, which was sold in select locations in the Midwest and Southeast.
“Out of an abundance of caution, LNK has initiated a recall for the incidental release and shipment of a specific batch of code that was rejected due to possible contamination with foreign materials,” the statement read.
The affected over-the-counter medications were purchased by customers between October 30 and November 30, 2024.

Consumers are asked not to use any remaining product bearing the batch code and return it to Costco for a full refund.
