Cold Mocha juice drink

Cold coffee frozen in an ice cubes tray makes these chocolate smoothie Caffeine charged without mitigating the mocha flavor, as it does with ice cubes. It is a light sweetener with Driving dates Pumping it with protein thanks to normal Greek yogurt.

ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup (310 ml) cold coffee, frozen to cubes
  • 1/2 cup (113 grams) 2 % ordinary Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) 2 % milk or non -local almond milk
  • 2 Medjool dates, digging
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of non -local cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Trends

Pour the coffee into a ice cube tray and freeze it until solid, about 4 hours.

Place the yogurt, milk, dates, cocoa powder and vanilla in a blender and practical until smooth. Spread the bottom of the mixer. Add coffee cubes and mix until smooth. Pour the glasses and serve immediately.
