ingredients
- 3/8 cup (40 g) rolled oats
- 6.7 ounces (200 ml) non -local almond milk
- 1/2 cup (100 g) frozen pineapple pieces
- 2 tablespoons (10g) non -local coconut chips
- 1/8 cup (15 g) chopped peaks
Trends
Place all ingredients in the mixer and mix them until smooth and skim. For a thicker texture, add additional oats and ice cubes, then mix again until they are well combined.
