BEIJING (Reuters) – China has shared most of its data and research results on COVID-19 with the international community and work to trace the origins of the coronavirus should be done in other countries, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.

In a statement issued on Monday, the World Health Organization again called on China to share and access data as part of efforts to understand the origins of Covid-19, the first cases of which were detected in central China five years ago.
