At least 10 people, including two children, were killed and four others wounded in a shooting on Wednesday that followed a bar fight in a city in western Montenegro, and the suspect remains at large, officials said.
Police identified the suspect as 45-year-old Ako Martinovic.
During a press conference on Wednesday, Interior Minister Danilo Saranovic said that Martinović killed the bar owner in the city of Cetinje, the bar owner’s children and his family members.
“At this moment we are focused on arresting him,” Saranovic said.
Police sent special forces to search for the suspect in Cetinje, located about 30 kilometers northwest of the capital, Podgorica.
A statement said that the armed man fled the scene after opening fire on the bar.
