Chelsea are said to be committed to a £70m asking price for French striker Christopher Nkunku, with the possibility of a move to Bayern Munich currently on hold.
Nkunku has struggled for regular playing time at Stamford Bridge, despite previously impressing often at former club RB Leipzig and he looks like he would be an exciting addition for the Blues.
It appears now Chelsea are ready to cash in on Nkunku At the right price, but maybe a little complicated.
according to Sky SportsThe deal with Bayern is on hold at the moment, although the report adds that two Premier League clubs have also inquired about the 27-year-old’s status.
A transfer for Christopher Nkunku could be worth the gamble for the top clubs

Even if Nkunku did not show his best form during his time at Chelsea, he also performed well with limited playing time in west London.
This also comes after the France international suffered a very bad injury shortly after he first joined, so there could still be a quality player out there who is ready to show what he can do.
Bayern already have quality attacking players such as Harry Kane, Michael Olise and Jamal Musiala to choose from, so there is not necessarily a huge need for Nkunku either, or at least not for a sum of up to £70m.
It is not clear which English clubs have asked about the former Leipzig player, but they are It’s easy to imagine he could do a job with Arsenal Or Manchester United now.
The Gunners have been plagued by injuries in attack and have struggled to put the ball in the net in recent games, while the Red Devils also urgently need to replace the faulty trio of Marcus Rashford, Rasmus Hoglund and Joshua Zirkzee.
Nkunku may be a gamble that won’t come cheap, but January is not an easy time to do business and it looks like it could be a good market opportunity.
