Chelsea face 74 accusations against the agent’s payments

Chelsea was charged with 74 of the Football Association’s rules related to the agents between 2009 and 2022.

The accusations focus primarily on the events that took place between the seasons of 2010-11 and 2015-16, when the club’s Roman Abramovich, the agents, the agents, the third-party investments in the players.

Chelsea until September 19 to respond to the charges.

A statement issued by the Football Association read: “Today the Football Association accused Chelsea FC of violations of J1 and C2 regulations from the football delegates regulations, the A2 and A3 regulations from the English FA regulations with brokers, and the A1 and B3 regulations to invest in the third party in the players.

In total, 74 charges were brought against Chelsea.

A statement issued by Chelsea said that the club had self -informed the problems they discovered during the due care process for the ownership group and was working cooperatively with the English Federation.

“Chelsea FC is pleased to confirm that her participation with FA regarding self -reported matters by the club have now reached a conclusion,” she says.

“The club’s ownership group completed the club’s purchase on May 30, 2022. During the comprehensive due care process before the completion of the purchase process, the ownership group became aware of incomplete financial reports related to historical transactions and other possible violations of the rules of the FA.

“The club showed unprecedented transparency during this process, including by giving a comprehensive access to the club’s files and historical data.

“We will continue to work cooperatively with the Football Association to conclude this matter as soon as possible. We would like to put our gratitude to the English Federation for their participation with the club in this complex case, and its focus was on the things that occurred more than a decade ago.”
