CBI receives Ada Group and Yes Bank in the amount

The Central Investigation Office (CBI) presented a truck group in two issues linked to the fraudulent transactions between Dhirubhai Ambani (ADA) and a yes bank, which includes alleged gains for the ADA group companies and losses of more than 2,796 crores to yes bank.

The investigation revealed a conspiracy between Rana Kapoor and the head of the Ada Anil Ambani Group. He claims that Kapoor has directed the money of the Bank of yes to the companies of the Mulpian ADA Group, while the Ada Group has declined by extending investments and loans to entities linked to the Kapoor family.

The Central Bank of Iraq stated that Ambani included credit facilities that were punished on RCFL and RHFL that were transferred as discrimination loans for family -related companies in Rana Kapoor, including those that his wife Bendero Kapoor and the daughters of Radha and Roshini Kapoor.

This arrangement is claimed to cause illegal losses of 2,796.77 rupees for a yes bank and illegal gains for the ADA group companies and family -related companies Kapoor.

The investigators also reported the role of the ReliaCE Nippon Muteal Funds, another subsidiary for the Relialing Capital, which invested 1,160 rupees in the Morgan Credits Pvt Ltd bonds, which is an entity associated with Kapoor, and bought the Ada Group Debentors group at 249.80 Roba crusad from yes bank.
