Floods hit parts of southeast Bulgaria, killing at least three people, including two rescue workers.

Hundreds of people in the area were forced to evacuate their homes and the infrastructure was damaged.

The state of emergency was announced along part of the country’s Black Sea coast, where vehicles were washed and homes were left without strength.

The video appears at the moment when dozens of cars were washed in Elenite.
