British Prime Minister Kiir Starmer traveled to Ottawa on Saturday to meet Carney to hold directly before the summit.
The two leaders took dinner at the official Carney residence in Rideau Cottage, where they later took the NHL Hockey between Edmonton Oils and Florida Pancras.
Speaking to correspondents on Sunday, Starmer said that the escalating conflict between Israel and Iran would be a “axis” of the summit.
