Canada won the bronze in the 3 x 3 basketball World Cup for women by beating Poland 21-9 on Sunday in UNANABAR, Mongolia.
Veteran Big Cruzon from Humoult, Sask, led Canada with 13 points and five rebound balls in Sükhbaatar Square.
Hamilton Sicha Grant-Ein added five points and five counterattacks for the sixth seeded Canadians.
Cassandra Brown from Vernon, British Columbia, and Cassi Bush from Lithperbridge, Alta, collected three rebound balls while he scored two points and one point in a row.
Anna Paulovska led 8 Poland with three points and three rebound balls.

Canada watched Poland to get third in the Fiba 3×3 World Cup from Ulaanbaaatar, Mongolia.
Canadian women wore a tough semi-final loss 21-15 earlier in the day to the second seeded Netherlands, which continued to defeat No. 12 Mongolia 15-9 in a golden match in its first title ever.
Canada, who went 2-2 in team play, won Japan 18-6 in Friday’s match before the Olympic Silver Medal was defeated by Spain 11-10 in the quarter-finals on Saturday. The Canadians lost their last match in the group stage before they collided in the semi -finals.

The veteran Canadian player 3-on-3 is reflected in Canada’s performance in the tournament and the team growth in Ulaanbaaatar, Mongolia.
Cruzon also performed a strong performance against the Dutch with 10 points and five rebounds.
The Canadian team was without double stars Catherine and Michelle Bluffy from Edmonton, who were absent from the championship due to slight injuries and conflict scheduling. Brown and Grant Allen ascended in their absence.
Canada took the silver house in the 2022 edition before getting sixth place in 2023 and lost the Olympic Broke medal against the United States last summer.
The Canadian Men’s team ranked thirteenth in UNANAPAR after failing to reach the qualifiers with 1-3 in team play.
