South African President Cyril Ramavusa wants people to meet and speak.

He launched a national dialogue process-and described as the leadership of citizens-South Africa from all aspects of life to determine how to deal with challenges from crime and corruption to poverty and inequality.

But critics say that his party, the African National Congress (ANC), had 30 years of power to do so.
