In a big step towards a revolution in the Indian crochet development system, the Cricket control council in India (BCCI) announced three full -time positions at the COE Center in Bangaluru on Thursday 7 August.

BCCI wants to enhance the future of the Indian crochet game through first -class training, advanced sports education, and advanced science -backed training, which have been called for requests for three large roles. The Board of Directors issued this announcement on its official website on Thursday.

BCCI invites three main roles in the Excellence Center

The three positions are the members of the beating teaching staff, faculty members of the bowling, and the head of mathematical sciences and medicine.

All three roles are designed to contribute directly to the growing cricket system in India, and it is expected to work closely with the national and regional teams, direct the upcoming talents and help forming the next generation of players and coaches in India.

The role and eligibility for the resident faculty members – beating

The responsibility of the resident faculty members-will be the beating in focusing on providing national education programs for national trainers in BCCI from level 0 to level 3. The chosen candidate will contribute to the development of content of course, evaluation management, providing practical training and developing the follower. “The role also includes dealing with online learning systems and working closely with Zonal coaches.

The applicants for the role of the resident faculty members-the first-class or international cricket, should be preferably with a BCCI level level 2 or Level 3. He must have at least five years of training at the state or elite youth level. Efficiency in performance analysis and digital learning platforms are also required to apply for a job.

The role and eligibility for the resident faculty members – Bowling

Likewise, the position of the college will have the same responsibilities, but with a dedicated focus on the bowling. The chosen coach will be responsible for managing BCCI training courses, which helps in developing curricula, checking and directing other trainers, with a focus on bowling.

To apply for this position, the candidate must be a first or international cricket player with experience with training experience for at least 5 years with elite teams. Candidates with BCCI are preferred from level 2 or level 3 trained for this role. In addition, they will also need to know LMS tools, trainer development systems and performance tracking programs.

The role and private of the head – sports science and medicine

Meanwhile, the three most famous roles are the head of mathematical science and medicine. This position was created with the aim of revolutionizing the development of players and managing injuries. The chosen candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure strategic performance planning, prevention prevention, rehabilitation supervision, athletes development, and the integration of sports science services through national teams and COE.

The role will also include working with international institutes to enhance new research and ideas. For this position, candidates must obtain a master’s degree (preferred for a doctorate) in mathematical sciences or related fields, as well as at least five years experience in managing multidisciplinary performance teams.

Aside from the presence of experience installed in high -performance sports environments, candidates must also have a strong background in the development of athletes, clinical rule and strategic planning for the role of mathematical science and medicine in COE in BCCI.

BCCI sets August 20 on the final date of the upcoming roles in COE

The appointment date is 5:00 pm IST on August 20, 2025, and applicants should be less than 60 years at the time of application. After the initial examination, the candidates listed in the brief list will be invited to conduct personal interviews, and these positions are based at the BCCI Excellence Center in Bangaluru.
