British women recognize guilt to kill humans while he was drunk on electronic bicycles

One of the two British travelers acknowledged that he was guilty of killing a man in Australia after being hit while he was riding at the level of alcohol more than three times the legal limit.

Alicia Kembe, 25, from Riddic and Worsesstrchire, was drinking with a friend on Saturday afternoon in May when she was expelled from a bar because the two were drunk, the court heard earlier.

The couple rented a motorcycle in the evening, and Kemp was driving at a speed of 20 to 25 km/h (from 12 to 15 miles per hour) when a 51 -year -old man was struck from behind on a berth in the center of Barth.

In the Barth Magistrate on Monday, Kembe – who appeared via the video link – admitted that he was guilty of the dangerous driving that caused the death during its poisoning. The accusation carries a maximum imprisonment for a period of 20 years.

The prosecutors have dropped a second charge of dangerous driving, which causes physical damage to its passenger.

Earlier, the court heard that the level of alcohol content in the blood was 0.158 after the collapse, or more than three times the legal limit of 0.05 in Australia.

Prosecutors said that CCTV shots showed Kemp’s “incomprehensible dangerous” before Mr. Van, who was waiting for the road to cross.

In a statement issued by the Mr. Van family earlier this year, the structural engineer was described as a beloved husband, father, brother and dear friend.

Ketep Michael Tudori’s lawyer said she was comfortable after he admitted that he was guilty and hoped to judge him before Christmas, according to the local media.
