Breea Kapoor attends the ACMA meeting in Delhi in the first general appearance since the death of Sunjay Kapur

Bri Schedif Kapoor has presented her first public appearance since the death of her husband, industrial Songai Kapoor, in the ACMA component manufacturing agreement held at the Taj Palace in Delhi. On the occasion of an important professional update, it was recruited in the Executive Committee of ACMA for the period 2025-26, which is valid from September 12.

Sunjay Kapur, former president of Sona Comstar and ACMA, died in June during the Polo match in the United Kingdom. ACMA, founded in 1959, is the APEX body in the automatic components industry in India and represents more than 950 member companies with a focus on industry growth and job creation.

While entering a new leadership role, Priya Kapur also declines in a legal dispute over the high risk of Sunjay Kapur with a value of 30,000 rupees. The case was submitted in the Delhi Supreme Court, and it includes allegations of children Sunjay, Samira and Kayan – which are represented by their mother Karisma Kapoor – as well as his mother and sister. They claim that Berra Kapoor is forged, which was reported to leave the entire property.

The court directed Breea Kapoor to reveal all its assets and put the will under a sealed cover for examination. The forgery claims have been refuted, saying that Samira and Kayan have already received 1900 rupees of rupees from the family box. It maintains the validity of the will and urged the court to refuse the charges.

The legal battle also includes the sister of Sunjay, Mandhira Kapur Smith, which has supported children’s claims. Bri Kapoor has successfully submitted the court to remove Mandira from the procedures, noting that it is not authorized. The next session is scheduled to be held on October 9.
