Boxing: Stop download cards only for display

by TM Madison: In an era in which Millions of Turkey is in boxing, you believe that fighting fans will finally get the matches they were pleading with. But instead of providing dream battles, the promoters continue to feed the glorious debate sessions – cards stacked with large names that no one asked.

Take the latest card: Calcal Plante and Jeremal Charlo were shown, but not against each other. The fans have been eager for this fight since the hell slapped from Charlo years ago. There was accumulation. Tension was real. But instead of taking advantage of this, we got separate battles that can be forgotten. Now, with the loss of Plant, we may never see that matching – or at best, you should wait for years to mean anything again.

This is not for one time-it is still happening.

We had Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua on the same card, just to lose Wilder against Joseph Parker before the match was disturbed. Then there was the card that was characterized by the theft of Rashidi Elis and Jarun “Bots” Eins – Vans had been implemented in a future confrontation. But they fought separate opponents, and they lost the urgent, killing the tanna. Or think about the event with Teofimo Lopez, Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia on the same night, but neither of them fights each other. It was marketed as historical. It ended up.

This style is exhausting. The promoters continue to accommodate cards with names that can be recognized, in the hope that Star Power alone will be distracted from the absence of rations, real competitions or risks. But the fans see through it. It is the marketing of taste and switching, and people are tired of playing them.

If the boxing really wants to recover, then for the billionaire: stop protecting the records and starting to make the battles people really want.

Give us work. Give us the drama. Give us the best of interest.

Because no amount of money or flash can cover up a card full of lost opportunities.
