Afghanistan and Pakistan said on Sunday that they killed dozens of each other’s forces during a night that witnessed violent border clashes between the two countries. Afghan Taliban forces launched attacks on Pakistani forces along their shared border late Saturday evening, in what they described as “a response to air strikes carried out by the Pakistani army on Kabul” on Thursday.
