In an interview with closer Posting on Tuesday, January 21, the reality TV star admitted: “I’m not going to lie and I’m not proud, but I bought Ozempic injections on the black market. I was in a desperate situation because my weight was high and hadn’t changed, and it was even harder when I was in my 40s.

At first, Horgan-Wallace described her experience with the injections as “awesome.” During the first trimester, she reported that she had “no hunger pangs,” avoided unhealthy foods, and felt “a lot of energy.” She added: “I went from a size 12 to a size 8, it felt amazing!”

However, the positive effects did not last.

Three months later, Horgan Wallace’s health took a dramatic turn. “I must have had a dodgy impulse because my body reacted so badly,” she recounted. “For three days, I thought I was going to die. I was in my bed, waking up vomiting and having diarrhea and falling asleep again. One time, I had three bags of vomit next to my bed.

Despite her deteriorating condition, Horgan-Wallace hesitated to seek medical help due to embarrassment.

“There was a point without a doubt where I thought I was going to die because I couldn’t even function,” she admitted. “I wanted to go to the emergency department, but I couldn’t drag myself there because I was too embarrassed to say what I’d done. I felt guilty about wasting NHS resources when I did this to myself.

Finally, she called her best friend for help. “When I started to get my vision back, I called my best friend. He came over with electrolytes and coconut water, took one look at me, and said, ‘What have you done to yourself?’

In the wake of her own health scare, Horgan-Wallace is urging others not to take the same risks.

“My message is don’t do it. I almost died over this shit,” she said. “Your life isn’t worth losing to losing weight. Do not be complacent about your health and do not buy things from the black market because you do not know what is inside them. “It is the most horrific health problem I have ever had, and I will never do it again.”

Since her ordeal, Horgan-Wallace has regained the weight she initially lost and is now a size 10. She has also had to deal with the effects of rapid weight loss, including sagging skin.

“I was like a deflating balloon everywhere, and I didn’t recognize myself!” she said. “With slimming injections, you lose weight so quickly that the skin doesn’t have time to stretch back, and you end up looking older. I had to have surgery because everything became saggy.”

She also underwent breast lift surgery and a skin tightening around her chin last year.

“They took a lot of the excess skin I had around my chin and neck and lifted it all up,” she said. “I’ve been wanting to get a boob job for a while because they looked like udders!” she said. “I don’t mind having breasts that are natural and saggy, but when you have big implants… “And it’s old at the top, it looks like it’s hanging.”

The reality TV star added: “The surgeon convinced me not to increase my size, gave me a boost and I’m happy with it, but next year I’ll definitely get bigger implants! I’m from the big, glamorous modeling era.” “Boobs, it’s not for everyone, but I love the look of Jessica Rabbit.”

What is ozimbic?

Ozempic is the brand name for semaglutide, a medication prescribed primarily for the management of type 2 diabetes. It is given as a once-weekly injection and works by mimicking the effects of a natural hormone called GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1).

While its primary purpose is diabetes management, Ozempic has gained attention for its off-label use as a weight loss aid. Its appetite suppressant effects have made it popular among individuals looking to lose weight. Due to its popularity, there have been reports of shortages and instances of counterfeit products being sold on the black market.
