The Biden administration postponed its order for Nippon Steel (Otkbk: npsi)(OTCPC:NESTV) to abandon the $14.9 billion acquisition of United States Steel (New York Stock Exchange:X) until mid-June, the companies said in a joint statement late Saturday.
