BBC reports from the scene of the deadly Russian attack on Kyiv

Russia launched A major attack on the capital of Ukraine Kyiv In the early hours of Thursday evening, at least 19 people were killed, including four children.

Among the targets that struck a number of residential buildings throughout the capital.
