At least 16 people were killed after a continuous cable railway left and hit a building in Capital Lalabon in Portugal.
More than 20 others were injured, including four Portuguese and two German citizens and Spanish citizens-the authorities say a three-year-old was also injured.
Local police investigate the cause of the accident.
