Jimmy Carager ranked Harry Kane as one of the greatest goals in football history after a double in Bayern Munich 3-1 victory over Chelsea

Kane: We are in that to win

Harry Kane talks to Sky Sports:

“This is the goal (winning the Champions League). I said yesterday that we have a mountain to climb it. There is a long way from now until that moment.

“Our focus is on the attempt to qualify in the league as much as possible. But in a club like this, I think this is always expecting. People will likely put us the five preferred to win it. We have to deal with that. I feel that we are building something better and we started the season in this way.

“It was a higher performance than the entire team, from start to finish. The density we played there with the ball, without the ball. Everything was high and high today. We are playing against a really good side. I think we deserve to win. The perfect way to start the campaign.”

Kane: I never felt this well

Speaking after the match, Kane was reflected in his performance while also admitting that he was in the best form, physically and mentally, who felt throughout his career.

Despite his goal in the evening in Allianz Arena holding the main headlines, he was the Kane coach, Vincent Kompany, quickly indicating that the opportunities reach the striker as a result of his work outside the ball for the team.
