The Minister of the Interior said that the unrest in Angola, after protests against the high fuel prices, killed 22 people since Monday, and calm returned to the capital. The cross fire was heard across Luanda and several other cities on Monday and Tuesday, while people were looting stores and clashed with the police when violence broke out during the taxi strike.
