At least 20 Palestinians were killed, 200 wounded were wounded near the aid site in Rafah: The paramedics.

At least 300 has been killed since the sites were opened

Before Monday, the Gaza Ministry of Health said that at least 300 people have been killed so far, and more than 2,600 wounded, near the aid distribution sites since GHF began operations.

In Geneva, Volker Turk, head of the United Nations Rights, told the United Nations Human Rights Council on Monday that Israel was a “weapon” in Gaza. He repeated an invitation to conduct investigations into fatal attacks near GHF distribution sites.

“The means of Israel and the methods of war cause terrifying and unreasonable suffering for the Palestinians in Gaza,” said Turk.

He added: “It reminds us of its disturbing speech of humanity from senior Israeli government officials for the utmost crime.”

On Sunday, at least five people were killed with thousands of Palestinians approaching two GHF distribution sites in the center and southern pocket.

GHF said in a statement that it had resumed food delivery operations on Sunday, as more than two million meals of three distribution sites were distributed without an accident.

The war broke out in Gaza 20 months ago after gunmen led by Hamas, Israel, took 251 hostages and killed 1,200 people, most of them civilians, on October 7, 2023.

Israel’s military campaign has since killed nearly 55,000 Palestinians, most of them civilians, according to the health authorities in Gaza, and the settlement of many of the heavy acquired tape. Most of the population is displaced, and widespread malnutrition is a major concern.
