Ashley didn’t stop there, but stayed on top of Wendy. She continued the joke on her Instagram story. When her friend Jules McGuire posted a photo of Ashley and her show crew with the caption: “Catch tunes not felonies,” Ashley reposted it to her IG story.

On Thursday, October 9, Wendy and Eddie Osefo were arrested and taken into custody in Westminster, Maryland on charges of criminal fraud. TMZ first reported That Wendy had 15 charges, including seven felonies. Authorities said she made false statements and provided misleading information about an alleged burglary, resulting in more than $300 in fraud. US Weekly She added that a grand jury indicted her on the same day of her arrest. Wendy also picked up a one-count misdemeanor charge for allegedly lying to authorities. Meanwhile, her husband, Eddie, faces 18 similar charges — nine felonies, eight misdemeanors, plus another misdemeanor for also lying to police. As of now, they both have a $50,000 bond each.

In addition to Ashley Darby, Wendy’s other RHOP castmate, Candiace Dillard Bassett, also responded to her arrest.
