Arsenal defender Ricardo Calvorini reveals unlikely football football

Ricardo Calfori of Arsenal revealed an unexpected soccer idol – and not many will guess.

In a modern exclusive interview with reverseThe international in Italy spoke frankly about everything from his role as Ambassador of Adidas underwear, to those who believe he has the best hair in Arsenal (Noni Maddock, to record).

But it was a football idol that really caught the attention.

While most of them assume that he looked at the legendary Italian defenders such as Paulo Maldini or Alessandro Nesta, Calfiri revealed his inspiration from a more surprising source: Alexander Kolarov, former Manchester City and full of Rome.

“When I was younger in Rome, I was lucky to train with the first team,” Calviuri explained. “I learned directly from Alexander Kolarov, who played my position. It was someone I could watch every day – his style and mentality – and give me small advice and details that I still keep me today.”

Although Kolarov was its main effect, Calviuri mentioned the classic symbols of Italian defense. “Of course, defenders like Maldini, Nesta, Chilini … these players are icons for me,” he added.

Elsewhere in the interview, the 23 -year -old has talked about life in Arsenal since his summer transfer of 42 million pounds from Bologna last summer.

“It is special,” he said. “Everyone is a good man, we are friends, and I am really comfortable here. Last season was not easy, but I returned this summer with a fire inside me. I couldn’t wait to start again. Playing in the Premier League is the dream of many players, so I now want to enjoy it and show what I can do constantly.”

Kolarov was a column for consistency in Manchester City, as it helped the club win the Premier League title. Now, Calafiori will undoubtedly hope to repeat his idol success in Arsenal.
