Apple Music offers voice therapy and songs for concentration, relaxation and sleep

Apple Music presentation A new collection of “Sound” songs of songs called Sound Therapy. The feature is designed in partnership with Universal Music Group (UMG), and combines the songs that subscribers already know with other sound waves that enhance focus, relaxation or sleep.

Songs may include hearing beats or colored noise, and sound waves where the density varies with different frequencies classified by colors. For example, pink noise – a contrast that resembles rain or wind – can be combined with the delta waves to enhance sleep.
