About 1,200 people have been killed in Syria, and many others were wounded by landmines or improvised explosive devices since President Bashar al -Assad’s fall almost a year ago. Now Nuga Handicap International is trying to prevent more deaths, and to help the injured already. We talked to Nour Pimbashi, the chief advocacy and politics officer in NGOs. It has just returned from three weeks in Syria. In the perspective, we told us that the people of Syria are one of the most people I met ever.
