An employee who receives 300 times his salary, is entitled to keep him after the approval of the court

A Chilean man won a legal battle that allowed him to keep a huge amount of money he had made by mistake, more than 300 times from his usual monthly salary.

Despite the court’s decision, the company will not decline. She announced plans to appeal the ruling and follow up on all possible legal methods to recover funds. The company’s statement, published by the Diario Financiero, confirmed that it will take “all possible legal steps” to review the ruling.
