the The first season of Star Wars: Skeleton Crew He ended on a hopeful note however Not particularly clean. As the credits roll on what we hope won’t be the last we see of Wim, Fern, Neil and KB, we’re left satisfied with where the story has gone but also confused So many great things. Below, you can read all the questions we still have Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Season 1 and what we think about it.
Will there be a second season?
If the answer to this question is “yes,” that essentially negates anything that comes after it, so let’s deal with that question first. According to the show’s creators and presenters just this weekThere is no official word yet about the second season of the series Skeleton crew. Rumor has it that viewership was sometimes lower than assistant (which was cancelled), so it doesn’t bode well. However, the showrunners also said that viewership for each episode continued to increase. We also don’t know how much it costs compared to assistantand the general sentiment surrounding it Skeleton crew They are much more positive than they used to be assistant. We don’t know for sure whether or not there will be a second season, but we’re optimistic.
how Onyx carbuncle Become buried on two cairns in the first place?
The inciting incident for everyone Skeleton crew is that the children find a spaceship hidden underground in Atin. that ship, Onyx carbunclelater revealed to be an Attin-built spaceship owned by pirate legend Tak Renaud. This is all well and good, but how did he end up underground? Did Tak hide it for some reason? Did it all happen so long ago that the environment naturally grew on it? Either way, it’s a bit strange.

What’s next for Good Na Nawood?
The last time we saw Jude, he was watching his pirate ship burn with a slight smile on his face. We don’t know what he’s thinking, and we don’t know where he’s going next. It’s clear that the people of Atin don’t want him there, but without a ship, he’ll probably have some trouble leaving the planet. Is he still thinking about stealing some of the gold in the 1139 vaults? That seems reasonable. Or maybe he sneaks out and gets a new pirate crew. This is one of those questions that can’t be answered until season 2 happens.
Which Jedi trained Jude?
One of the biggest revelations in the finale Skeleton crew It is that Jude can use the Force because the Jedi found him and trained him when he was a child. However, she was hunted down and killed in front of him – likely as part of Order 66. This raises some questions, both about the timing of Judd’s training and, more importantly, about the identity of this Jedi. The only evidence we have is that the Jedi were similarly hungry and poor, which leads us to believe that the person escaped when Order 66 first happened, was in hiding, and then was found once Jude began training. Fortunately, that’s all we might see in a flashback if the show returns for a second season.

What’s up with all the nicknames?
Captain Silvo, Crimson Jack, Dash Zenten, Professor Omiam Gorelox, Godwick Zank, Envoy of the Republic. These are just some of the names people know Jude, if that’s his real name. But after an entire season full of explaining that specifically, the character is known by different names to different people, it never really had any major payoff. Sure, he’s a pirate trying to be sneaky, but is that enough? maybe.
How did this adventure change the children?
when Skeleton crew It started out, there was no way Fern and KB, and certainly not Neel or Wim, were going to come out of the party like they did in the end to save Attin. In this way, their adventures must have changed them as people. But we still wonder how it manifests itself then. Are they still tied to working on the Great Work? (More on that in a bit.) Will Wim actually be able to pursue his interest in joining the New Republic? By ending the show where it happened, we never got to see any greater examples of how the characters changed. It could have been as simple as…
Did Neil finally talk to Rhona?
One of the great moments at the beginning of the show is the revelation that Neil has a crush on fellow student Rhona. Now that he’s saved the entire planet, you have to imagine Neal would have the confidence to walk up and talk to her. By looking Skeleton crew Very inspired by 80s movies, it was very fitting for the shy guy to go after his crush once he wins the day. So, we like to think he did it, but we never get to see it.

Who was on the New Republic ship that arrived?
At the end Skeleton crewwe see the Corvette CR90 arriving at Attin. This ship is the most famous Tantive IV from New hope– He is the one used by many powerful people in the New Republic. And you assume that someone of importance is going to investigate the mysterious planet that has been missing for generations and has magically reappeared. Could it be bigger? Holdo? Leah? Han? We’ll never know, but for a moment we thought we might find out.
What does the future hold for Aten?
throughout Skeleton crewIt’s been made clear that Attin was hidden from the rest of the galaxy for a very good reason. Later, we learned why: It’s the last place a mint existed to make Old Republic credits. However, this secrecy is now gone, and the repercussions have a myriad of possibilities. In fact, let’s break it down into a whole new frame of questions.

Will the people be okay with what happened?
Deciding to get rid of the barrier that kept Attin isolated from the rest of the galaxy is a pretty big deal. One made by, essentially, four children and a few of their parents. Sure, Vern’s mother, Fara, was part of the government, but one can imagine that the entire population of the planet would have something to say – both positive and negative – about such a huge decision that was made so recklessly. On the other hand…
How will the galaxy feel about Aten?
Skeleton crew She explained that there are specific myths about Aten. Many people have heard about it but no one believes it exists. Well, now anyone can find it. Does this mean that people will show up to search for the treasure that Judd discovered? Will people be angry that the planet has hidden itself for so long? This to us seems like a big problem.
Who knows what about Aten?
Clearly, Attin’s secrets ran deeper than just the phrase “We make money here.” Fara knew that the robot was dealing with her. There was a complete protocol in place for transferring credits. Children are raised to accept only jobs that serve them. We’re still incredibly curious about what and how far it all goes? Again, this is one of those things that will definitely be explored more in future seasons.

Is there more great work out there?
Is it really “cool” to make and store a bunch of money? Is the bank “great”? For someone like Judd, it is, but you have to assume that the people of Atin, especially those who founded it, felt the money was being raised for a greater purpose. There must be a reason why this work is so great. We don’t know what it is yet.
Can the New Republic use gold?
One possible outcome of Skeleton crew The first season is that the New Republic is now flush with cash. Apparently they’re thought to be the good guys (which is a whole other argument considering it’s basically just the Galactic Republic again), and peace isn’t cheap. Can Aten finance the continued safety of the galaxy? Will the new republic make this easier? how? Wouldn’t this just make Attain a target for powerful military minds of the time like Grand Admiral Thrawn? As we said, there are a lot of questions.
How will Attin run without a supervisor?
With Attin’s supervisor now gone, who will take over? Obviously, it had to be someone who knew all the planet’s secrets, but since he was an immortal robot running things, maybe no one really knew everything. This can make for a weird and messy transition. Again, just something we’d like to see explored in the future.
