Air India Fleet – Renewing Air India Fleet of $ 400 million; 67 aircraft are promoted

The Air India Fleet Renewal program is currently being worth $ 400 million, focusing on updating the interior designs for its old plane. A total of 67 aircraft-which includes 27 Airbus A320neos, 27 Boeing 787-8 Dreamlines, and 13 Boeing 777s-are upgraded over the next two years.

This renewal includes a full internal shift, including installing new seats in a three-category-class planning planning, outstanding economy and economics. In an official statement, Air India said, “The modernization program is an important step forward on the Air India transformation journey. With our progress, this will help provide a consistent experience across the fleet with the formation of a three -category cabin, and it features luxurious business seats, the only economy in India, and an enhanced economic cabin.”

Currently, more than half of the Air India plane is already characterized by new or new interior designs. By October 2025, 82 % of its single aircraft is expected to be distinguished by the refreshing cabin experiments.
