KubbarA start -up company, AI VOICE uses interviews with customers, and providing customers with much faster analysis and in a small part of the cost of traditional research consulting companies. The Keplar idea was designed in 2023 when Dhruv Guliani (above right), a former engineer in Google, was working in speech and sound models, and a William machine, in the South Park Commoners Fellowship program.
The duo spoke with the market researchers and brand managers and realized that the tools on which these professionals depend on – can now be replaced by professional tools and interviews by humans.
With Keplar, companies can prepare studies in minutes, said Guliani Techcrunch. The starting starting platform can convert any question about the product into a moderate interview guide. After that, the Keplar Voice Assistant will communicate with the participants and ask them to search for questions to understand what customers like and hate the product.
If Keplaar is given access to CRM to the customer, AI VOICE researcher will communicate with existing customers. The results of the artificial intelligence talks are then filled in reports and offers, similar to those offered by human market researchers traditionally.
Dependence on sound robots before progressing in LLMS is possible. Juliani said the sound has become so good that the study participants sometimes forget that they are talking to artificial intelligence.
