On Tuesday, I made my long journey with my group, Morgan Hill and around UVAS and Chesbro tanks with an open space for Rancho Canada Del Oro on the Casa Loma Road. We had a nice weather even though we had a decent opposite wind in the south.
I got into my watch with electrical assistance, which works better for me nowadays for the longest ride (this was about 35 miles for me, including the ride to and from the ride group from home). I am working on the length of my journey in a straight position. Currently, I can go a little more than an hour without any problems, but sometimes my weird SI joint becomes if I pushed it longer. I don’t want to exaggerate it because it can advance to sciatica. So I add more to my straight sessions every week.
