Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas told the United Nations General Assembly that the Palestinians are ready for peace if Israel allows only to do so. He accused his title, which was delivered via the video, the “Israeli extremist government” of crimes against humanity and made the case for his government’s control of Gaza.
