A “very low” number of original loudspeakers roaming

Sonos suffers from a high temperature of problem with a “very low” number of rocking loudspeakers. Reports indicate that some mobile speakers of some users revolve around the USB-C port for the device. The company did not remember any products as a result, but it realizes the problem.

“We have closely followed a limited number of reports that include a USB-C connection to charge some speakers of Sonos from the first generation,” Sonos said in a joint statement with Engadget. “Although the total injury rate is very low, it seems that environmental conditions play a role, we have taken many proactive steps to increase the possibility of this problem, including software updates and accessories improvement.”
