The rural town of Bucksnort, Tennessee, is reeling after an explosion at a local explosives factory killed 16 people.
Authorities confirmed 16 people were killed, though three individuals initially believed to be inside the facility were found safe, according to Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis.
