If there is one thing I learned on my well -being, and after helping hundreds of women to balance their bodies, then this is: You cannot excel the poor. Also, what you do in the morning and during the day it will affect the quality of your sleep!

We all know how wonderful it is concealment and transformation throughout the night … and how difficult it is to feel that you are the next day.
