A group of NASA plane to perform the low -rise exciting businesses around these American cities

NASA is preparing to develop two aircraft in the middle of the Atlantic and parts of California, where special maneuvers will be implemented at a close distance while collecting valuable data on our changing planet.

Two research aircraft, called P-3 Orion (N426NA) and A Cing Air B200 (N46L) Nassa. Flights will be held along the east coast between Sunday, June 22nd and Thursday, June 26, and in California between Sunday, June 29 to Wednesday, July 2.

It will be a good opportunity to arrest the two planes because it will fly at lower altitudes than most commercial flights, with withdrawing specialized maneuvers such as vertical spirals between 1000 and 10,000 feet (304 to 3,048 meters), rotation over power plants, shrines, and urban areas. Aircraft will also work on low -height approaches in local airports and low -height Flybys along the corridors to collect air samples near the surface.

The P-3, who works from the NASA flying facility in Virginia, is a four-engine turbocharged plane, carrying six scientific tools. The King Air B200 is a dual -aircraft aircraft aircraft and its contract by NASA. The plane will implement 40 hours of data collection for NASA’s Air Research Program (SARP) on every American coast.

SARP is a summer training program for eight weeks in NASA that provides university students with practical experience in various scientific fields. Low -height flights will be used to collect air data through the science tools on board, which will be operated by students.

“Although Sarb has an educational experience for both students and mentors alike, the P-3 is transferred and performed maneuvers in some of the most complex and restricted airspace in the country,” Brian Bernith, NASA and Wolops, said in a statement. “Narrow coordination and crew resource management are needed to ensure the implementation of these trips accurately but safely.”

NASA uses low -height flights for Earth Sciences, as high -resolution data collected cannot be captured by satellites at the same level of details. These flights usually support research on climate change, natural disasters and air sciences. The next flights will be held near the populated areas, so there will be a lot of opportunities to see the plane flying in the sky of the area.
