A French man linked to the Incel movement, who is being held on a suspect’s plan to attack women

A 18 -year -old French man, who is linked to a “non -voluntary” (non -voluntary cobbled) woman, was arrested, and placed under an official investigation on charges of planning attacks against women, according to the Prosecutor’s Prosecutor’s Office to Combat Terrorism in France (PNAT) on Wednesday.
