Exclusive: A federal judge from Biden can decide on Wednesday morning that a plane carrying illegal immigrants convicted of serious crimes to southern Sudan must return.
The plane carries eight men – all of whom are convicted of crimes ranging from killing to theft, according to the details provided by the Ministry of Internal Security exclusively. The Ministry of National Security says they have been compatible with all the orders of the court so far.
“There is no country on the face of the earth that wanted to accept (immigrants) because their crimes are very brutal and barbaric,” the assistant secretary of Public Affairs, Tricia McLeulin, told a press conference on Wednesday. “These hideous individuals have spared the American streets for a long time.”
Cuban citizen Enrique Arias Hiro owes death, armed theft, and the wrong plagiarism of an official arm, kidnapping, and strong theft. He was arrested on May 2 by ice. Another Cuban citizen, Jose Manuel Rodriguez Kenons, was arrested by ICE on April 30, and was convicted of first -class death with a weapon, battery and theft, as well as cocaine possession and cocaine trafficking.

Thongxay Nilakout, Laos citizen convicted of first -class death and theft and sentenced to life imprisonment behind bars, and he is also on the trip. He was arrested in January by ice. Burmese citizens, Kiao Mia and New Mint, are heading to the African nation during the trip. Mia was convicted of “severe works with a 12 -year -old child.” He was sentenced to 10 years in prison behind bars, but he was released after four years. Myint is convicted of “first -class sexual assault on a mentally unable and physical victim of resistance” and faces 12 years behind bars. He was charged with “Assault-Sisault-Nonfamily Strongarm”. Both were arrested by ICE in February.
The Vietnamese citizen, Tuwan Thanah, is a citizen of Vietnam who owes “first -class death and second -class attack.”
