This week, Paris Arts takes its cameras to the French archipelago of Guadeloupe to meet Caribbean music ambassador, Tania Saint Phalle. She showed us Duval’s location on the Petit Canal, home to the Ca village that pays tribute to Guadeloupe’s famous drummers. Next, we head to Boyante, where we sit down to dinner with Chef Jimmy Pibrac, who uses local flavors to spice up his dishes. Finally, in From Paris with Love, we highlight one of the archipelago’s unmissable street artists: the Pacmans.
