Lin Lati Shui, 6 years old, was reserved with her mother and other suspects in the killing of a retired general in Yangon.
Myanmar security forces arrested a six -year -old girl, along with 15 other people suspected of being involved in the assassination of a retired army officer last month, a state media report.
The new global global light for Myanmar said on Friday that the 16 suspects of the 13 males and three females-were arrested in four different regions of the country at the end of last month.
Among their arrest is Lin Lati Shui, the daughter of the alleged killer, Mio Ko Ko, who was said to have at least three other pseudonyms. The newspaper report said that the child and her parents were arrested in the central city of Baghan.
An unknown armed group called itself Golden Valley Warriors responsible for killing retired Brigadier General Zhou Tone Ong, 68, who was shot outside his home in Yangon, the country’s commercial capital, on May 22.
Among the other detainees is the owner of a private hospital, claiming to have provided a cure for the murderer, who, according to the newspaper report, was wounded during the attack.
The independent news port said that Euwadi was that the Wadi Golden Valley denied that 16 people detained them part of their work.

The killing of Zhou Tone Ong, who was a former ambassador in Cambodia, is the latest attack against the ruling army -related figures who led to the country’s acquisition in 2021 after it brought out the government of Aung San São.
Since the coup and the NGOs in Myanmar were widespread, the targeted assassinations were made against active military officers and high -level retired, as well as senior civil staff, local officials, and business partners from the ruling generals and the suspected informants.
Shortly after the assassination, Golden Valley Woriors said in a statement posted on Facebook that Chu Ton Ong was studying internal security and combating terrorism at the National Defense College of Myanmar, and, through his actions, was complicit in the atrocities committed by the army in the ongoing civil war.
