Sporting confirmed an agreement with Chelsea to transfer Geovany Quenda and Dario Essogo.
Chelsea can pay up to 41.9 million pounds for Cinda, who is 18 years old in April, after he quickly moved to secure the future of the wing, which was attracting Manchester United.
