On Monday, Downing Street said it expected to join “more than 30 countries” to an alliance to help secure permanent peace in Ukraine, although UK officials admitted that many will not be ready to put shoes on the ground.

Britain, France and Australia have indicated that they are ready to send forces to help enforce the ceasefire in Ukraine, but they all warned that no peace can be guaranteed unless the United States provided “Backsop”.

Denmark and Sweden also said that they are ready to contribute to the forces in some way in any agreed upon peacekeeping process in UkraineIncluding the potential publication of the forces.

UK Foreign Minister David Lami insisted on Monday that if Russia refuses to a ceasefire, the Group of Seven “has more cards we can play” for President Vladimir Putin’s pressure to stop the conflict.

“We have helped a meeting of the G7 ministers abroad last week” to read the tools necessary to make Russia to negotiate seriously, “said Lami to the House of Representatives.

“We can go further to target the energy and defense sectors, pressure their oil revenues, and use frozen Russian assets,” Lami said.

He stressed that this last option should be a “multilateral endeavor” and the most prominent resistance from Belgium and Germany.

Lammy also announced on Monday that he had a special meeting with US Vice President JD Vance in Washington on the weekend.

Lammy claimed that the United States’ interim suspension on European allies participating in intelligence and military aid with KYIV earlier this month had no “material impact” on Ukraine’s ability to fight Russia.

UK Prime Minister Sir Kerr Starmer is scheduled to hold a “coalition of wishing” peacekeeping in Ukraine, what British Prime Minister Sir Kerr Starmer called “an alliance to prepare for” peacekeeping in Ukraine.

Most of these countries are European countries, but they also include Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Starmer said that Japan offered “support.”

British officials said that a multinational force could form up to 30,000 soldiers, but military officials admitted that “solid” peace cannot be secured unless it was supported by the US Air Authority and other support.

Starmer spokesman said on Monday that the two countries could contribute in several ways, including providing fast aircraft, engineering, logistics and stability to the forces participating in other theaters.

The spokesman said: “It is not only about the forces,” but he added: “There will be a great power with a large number of countries.”

A group of European Union countries, including Ireland, Luxembourg and Belgium, have not ruled out the participation of peacekeeping power, depending on the rules of agreed engagement and legal basis.

The countries adjacent to Russia, such as Finland and Poland, were active in discussions about the presence of peacekeeping without committing any of their forces.

These countries have argued that they are required to remain to defend their countries, in the event of Russia’s use of a stop to re -spread the forces in a way that could threaten them.

“The Prime Minister has said that in order to deploy the coalition of the wishful forces and the United Kingdom, it must be in the context of a safe and lasting peace with our support. These discussions are continuing.”

The fact that US President Donald Trump has refused to provide a military air cover to the United States or another support that has raised great doubts about the proposed mission of peace.

“No one wants to see a small number of European forces, without supporting the United States, in the shooting line in Ukraine,” said a European Union diplomat. “It would put a tremendous pressure on the NATO unit if something happens.”
