A second trip arose from Charlotte, North Carolina, in several days after reporting a mechanical problem shortly after taking off.
Delta Airlines Fox News Digital said the 3067 flight took off from Charlotte Daglas International Airport at approximately 10:15 am to Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport.
Minutes after the flight, the mechanical problem was reported, and the plane returned to Charlotte.

“After the safety procedures, the flight crew in DL3067 returned to Charlotte after reporting a mechanical problem while they were to Atlanta,” said a spokesman for the Delta. “We apologize to our customers for delaying their travel plans.”
The airline said that none of the 71 passengers and five crew were injured.
The passengers were booked on other trips to Atlanta.
