India leads the growth of white jobs in January, bypassing the United States, the United Kingdom: a survey

India has emerged as the higher countries created the largest number of white collars in January, where it recorded an increase of 58.13 percent compared to the monthly average in the second half of 2024, showing the Robert Walter Global Index. The increase was primarily driven by demand in human resources, the purchasing, supply, technology, and consulting series in the professional services sector.

Despite the strong growth of India, the United States has topped plans to create job opportunities among white collars in the largest companies in the world. 31 percent of new positions in the largest companies in the world. Professional services companies in the sector have witnessed the growth of the most important jobs (38.16 %), followed by real estate and construction (24.68 %) and healthcare (7.09 %). Meanwhile, industries such as technology, media and communications (-8.08 %), energy and facilities (-13.75 %) have witnessed, goods and consumer services (-14.64 %) a decrease in employment compared to the last half of 2024.

An increase of 57.51 percent in creating new job opportunities in January compared to December 2024, financial services indicated signs of recovery. Legal and organizers are the most in demand for specialists in the financial services sector – the demand for roles was 13.97 percent higher in January, compared to the monthly average of 2024.

The demand for business support, the purchasing chain and the supply chain, and human resources specialists were higher in almost all major sectors in January.

In fact, only four countries (among the top 10 countries in the field of professional services) have been a decrease in January against the second monthly average of 2024-Germany (-29.91 percent), Australia (-8.36 percent), France (- 4.72 per cent), Italy (-3.30 %).
