Opinion polls opened in Kosovo on Sunday after a combat election campaign in which opposition candidates clashed with Prime Minister Albine Courty on the economy, corruption and relations with the old enemy of the country and the neighbor’s Serb. “As it was always, with Kosovo, the main issue is the relationship with Serbia, and the relationship with the Serbian minority, which ranges between 4 to 8 percent of the population,” said Rob Parsons of France 24 in an analysis.
