The release of about 180 Palestinian prisoners, in exchange for the Israeli hostages held in Gaza, led to scenes of joy in the West Bank, where families gather with their loved ones. Mark Owen said that general joy is also accompanied by a feeling that “justice that is being made”, pointing to the arbitrary nature behind some of the arrests and rulings that were distributed to Palestinian prisoners.
