Trump offers purchases for American federal workers, where the judge blocks his granting, freezes loans

On Tuesday, the White House began offering federal employees – the last effort to reform the United States government by President Donald Trump, whose last suggestion was banned by stopping grants and federal loans on Tuesday.

A memorandum from the employee management office, the government’s human resources agency, said that employees who leave their voluntary positions will receive about eight months of salary – but they must choose to do this by February 6.

It also included four directives that Trump is imposed on the federal workforce, including most workers belonging to their offices full time.

A large-scale potential reduction in the federal workforce can have widespread effects-and unknown so far-on the impact on the delivery of federal services and their effectiveness throughout the country.

The federal government employs more than three million people, making it the 15 largest workers in the country. The average term of the federal employee is 11.8 years, according to the analysis of the Pio Research Center for data from the Personnel Management Office.

Also on Tuesday, a federal judge prevented a batch from Trump to stop federal funding while his administration is a comprehensive ideological review to uproot progressive initiatives.
