Apple is preparing to launch iOS 18.3 Coming soon, this update will include some updates for all iPhones, such as bringing back recurring operations to Apple’s Calculator app. But before that you should download iOS 18.2.1.
Apple released iOS 18.2.1 on January 6, roughly a month after the company’s release iOS 18.2. While iOS 18.2 brought more Apple Intelligence features, such as JinmojiFor some iPhones, iOS 18.2.1 includes some important bug fixes for all iPhones. Apple recommends everyone download the update.
You can download the update by going to Settings > General > Software Updateeavesdropping Update now And follow the on-screen prompts.

What’s in iOS 18.2.1?
Apple wrote in the description of iOS 18.2.1 that the update contains important bug fixes, but the company did not say what those fixes were.
Sometimes Apple will publish an update Enter Countering Violent Extremism – Common vulnerabilities and exposures – which details fixes and patches. But the company has not published the CVE entry for this update at the moment.
There have been instances in the past where Apple did not publish the CVE entry for the update. Apple has not published CVE entries for iOS 17.3.1, iOS 17.2.1 or iOS 17.1.1.
